Starch with your starch?
Tonight we are having potato soup with garlic and spring onions, and homemade flatbread with feta cheese. Also beer. Perhaps salad, but only if we feel ambitious. I may toss a handful of frozen corn in with the soup. Berbere, the spice mix that the New York Times says is the taste of the future (alas, the link has expired, and I can't seem to make the partners.nytimes.com thing work anymore) makes a nice addition, too.
