Yes, very good.
As promised, a couple of spoonfuls of onion jam stirred into scrambled eggs was delicious. The only flaw was that I didn't make more, though between that and the buttermilk and sorrel frittata we had for lunch, we doubtless consumed our cholesterol rations for the entire week in a single day.
