Hic!

Without a doubt, I should be working, but instead I am having a cocktail and will go to bed early. Our bar is uncommonly well stocked right now, thanks to our party preparations, and I am discovering the joys of the Perfect Manhattan. Mm.

The decadance of having any vermouth, let alone both red and white, in the cabinet is almost inconceivable. I should pretend to be a dusty old Italian man and have a rosso e bianco next time.
