Happy Bastille Day! Though, as Mark has pointed out (personal communication, 2002), it is no longer July 14th in France, so, properly speaking, Bastille Day is over. If you had been with the program, you could have celebrated with a Bastille Day Potato Class. Don't you feel foolish for your lack of planning?
