Future shock
I enjoyed this week's New York Times Magazine special issue on the Food of the Future, especially the article "The Next Big Flavor." I can personally attest that berbere is tasty and versatile for vegetarians, too, although most of the uses the authors mention feature meat. I'd like to play with kaffir lime and chocolate, too.
